As Typhoon Mangkhut is approaching and would possibly affect flights below, Lanmei Airlines will waive the fee for rebooking. Such exemption applies to tickets issued on/before September 14, 2018.

A. Cancellation / Refund

• Cancellation / refund fee will not be waived 

B. Rebooking

• The request of rebooking must be raised before departure time.

• If passengers do not check in on time (no-show), the relevant fees will not be waived.

• Rescheduled (new) travel date must be on/before October 14, 2018 and subject to flight availability.

• The newly rebooked segment must be subject to fare rules, such as blackout dates, flight application, weekday/weekend travel, stopover surcharges and applicable seasonality. The additional/refunding difference will be collected (if any).
