For all routes operated by Lanmei Airlines, each passenger is allowed to carry ONE piece of carry-on baggage, which must not exceed 115cm (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) in size and 7kg in weight.From Dec 6, 2019 onwards, a passenger without any checked baggage could pay USD 5 (or equivalent currency, i.e. CNY 35/ HKD 40 / MOP 40 / THB 160 / PHP 260/MYR 25) at the check-in counter increasing his or her free allowance of carry-on baggage up to 11kg, to which a special baggage would be attached.At the boarding gate, if it is found that the passenger's carry-on baggage is more than 7kg and without hand carry baggage tag, each piece will be charged 30 USD (or equivalent currency, i.e. CNY 200 / HKD 250 / MOP 250 / THB 1000 / PHP 1500 / MYR 130) and baggage will be loading to the cargo compartment.
In addition to the baggage mentioned above, a passenger is entitled to bring 1 more small item, which must not exceed 80cm (40cm x 30cm x 10cm) in size, aboard the aircraft. These items include:
• Small handbag
• Laptop bag
• Small backpack
• Camera bag
• Briefcase
Any item exceeding the free carry-on baggage allowance must be checked in.
The amount of free baggage allowance for each economy class passenger with seat occupied is subject to the display of the sales / check-in system. For economy class and premium economy class (adult / child) tickets issued on or after December 6, 2019, the free baggage allowance is 15kg and 25kg respectively; The free baggage allowance for Economy class and Business Economy class on the Bangkok/Kuala Lumpur route is 20kg and 30kg respectively.
For the excess amount, charging rates are as follows (For the amount less than 1kg would be regarded as 1kg)..
2.1 Domestic Sectors within Cambodia
• 2 USD per kilogram, for pre-purchasing, 2.5h before departure.
• 3 USD per kilogram, at airport check-in counters.

Notes:
In case the excess weight is more than 30kg, for the amount over 30kg, USD 15 (or equivalent currency, i.e. CNY 110/ HKD 120 / MOP 120 / THB 460 / PHP 760/MYR 70) per kilogram is applicable.
For example, if a passenger carries 40kg excess checked baggage (without pre-purchasing), totally should pay 8USD*30kg+15USD*10kg=390 USD.
if a passenger carries 40kg excess checked baggage (with 30kg pre-purchasing), totally should pay 5USD*30kg+ 8USD*10kg=230 USD.
• The maximum weight and dimensions of any single piece of checked baggage should not be over 32kg and 158cm (Length + Width + Height) respectively. Overweight and oversize items (exception: mobility aids, sporting equipment, etc.) must be repacked or split into lighter units; otherwise will not be accepted for carriage.
• Baggage exceeding free allowance will only be accepted subject to the available space on board on the day of departure.
• The number of pieces of checked baggage is unlimited.
• Mobility aids, e.g. wheelchairs, baby carriages, etc. necessarily carried by a passenger can be accepted without charges as additional baggage allowance.
• Infants without occupying seats are not granted any complimentary carry-on or checked baggage allowance.
• Baggage allowance could be pooled for passengers travelling together.
