Lanmei Airlines Membership Program

1. Membership Program

“Lanmei Club” is a reward program specially designed for Lanmei Airlines’Members. By flying with Lanmei Airlines, Lanmei members can accumulate Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors to redeem reward tickets, reward upgrades, products of “Lanmei Mall” and other rewards. “Lanmei Club” provides members with faster and more convenient services, and lets members feel the unique charm of Lanmei Airlines.

Thank you for your support to Lanmei Airlines (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. and looking forward to serving you as soon as possible. Member club of Lanmei Airlines is called “Lanmei Club” and is divided into four membership levels, from low to high: ordinary member, silver member, gold member and platinum member.

Passengers are entitled to enjoy the corresponding level of membership services after being members of Lanmei Club. The membership level depends on the accumulation of qualifying sectors.

Common Terms

Qualifying sector: The sector that members can accumulate after flying with Lanmei Airlines.

Lanmei coin: Lanmei Members may get Lanmei coins when flying with Lanmei Airlines and participating in a designated event. Lanmei coins can be used for exchanging Lanmei products.

Grade retaining/degradation: If the member accumulates corresponding number of qualifying sectors in a qualifying year (12 consecutive natural months), the membership shall be retained; And the membership shall be lowered by one level if the member fails to reach the grade retaining standard.

2. Membership

Passengers at the age of 12 and above are entitled to join "Lanmei Club", Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors rewarding activities, without paying fees.

Companies and other legal entities are not permitted to join "Lanmei Club".

Passengers registered on official website of Lanmei Airlines or filled in the application forms signed by themselves indicates that passengers themselves agree and abide by the regulations, requirements and possible changes & supplements of "Lanmei Club".

"Lanmei Club" has the ownership of the membership card. Lanmei members only have the rights of personal possession, use and benefit, and shall not arbitrarily dispose or transfer them.

* Lanmei Club currently will not issue physical ordinary cards.

4. Validity of Membership Card

After grade retaining or degradation, the membership of Lanmei Club shall be retained and the membership card is valid from the date of grade retaining or degradation to the end of the 12th consecutive natural month.

After upgrade, grade retaining and degradation, the membership card number remains the same.

5. Standards for Members

The rating cycle for upgrade is 1-7 working days after flying. If there is any question, please feel free to contact Lanmei Club (lanmeiclub@lanmeiairlines.com).

For example:

If member A is upgraded to a silver member on March 12th, 2019, the number of qualifying sectors shall be cleared; As of the 12th consecutive natural month, that is, March 11th, 2020, if member A has accumulated 40 qualifying sectors, member A shall be upgraded to a gold member, and the number of qualifying sectors shall be cleared.

Grade Retaining Standards for Members

The rating cycle for grade retaining is 12 consecutive natural months from the current membership level.

①For example (grade retaining):

If member A is upgraded to a gold member on March 12th, 2019, the number of qualifying sectors shall be cleared; As of the 12th consecutive natural month, that is, March 11th, 2020, if member A has accumulated 32 to 40 qualifying sectors, member A shall still be a gold member, and the number of qualifying sectors shall be cleared.

②For example (degradation):

If member A is upgraded to a gold member on March 12th, 2019, the number of qualifying sectors shall be cleared; As of the 12th consecutive natural month, that is, March 11th, 2020, if member A has merely accumulated 1 to 31 qualifying sectors or fail to accumulate 32 qualifying sectors, member A shall be degraded to a silver member, and the number of qualifying sectors shall be cleared.

* If the member fails to reach the grade retaining standard within 12 consecutive natural months, the membership shall be lowered by one level.

6. Member Notices

“Lanmei Club” performs the assessment of upgrade once a day. Physical cards and electronic cards held by Lanmei members are both entitled to corresponding level of membership services.

When members’ level upgrades to silver card and above, we will send you a special physical card of “Lanmei Club”. Members can download the electronic membership card via Wechat applet and official website of Lanmei Airlines, and are entitled to the corresponding membership service during the validity of the card.

Membership card is for the member only and shall be used within its validity.

If there is any missing Lanmei coins or qualifying sectors, please email to lanmeiclub@lanmeiairlines.com for claims within 1 month from the date of flight to avoid the influence on the upgrade and grade retaining.

Members shall update account information timely and ensure the security of account passwords and shall not disclose them to unauthorized agents to ensure the security of accumulation and conversion of Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors.

7. Accumulation of Lanmei Coins and Qualifying Sectors

Members are entitled to accumulate Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors after improve personal information; if you need to modify your personal information, please feel free to contact Lanmei Club.

After a member in person taking flight with Lanmei Airlines, the accumulative Lanmei coins for the member shall be equal to the net fare of the member’s ticket multiplied by the basic accumulative proportion of Lanmei coins. If the passenger is not the member in person, Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors shall not be credited to the account of this member.

If ordinary, silver and gold members purchase tickets of class Q, T, V, P, O, E , U, G and A, Lanmei coins shall not be accumulated; If platinum members purchase tickets of class Q, T, V, P, O, E and U class, the basic accumulative proportion of Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors shall be in accordance with that of silver members.

If members succeed in participating designated activities of Lanmei Airlines, the accumulation of Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors shall be in accordance to the specific activity rules. The accumulative number of Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors shall be credited to the member center within 1-7 working days at the end of activities.

Members can accumulate qualifying sectors by booking charter flights , but not Lanmei coins.

8. Conversion of Lanmei Coins and Qualifying Sectors

Lanmei coins can be used for the purchase, change and upgrade of tickets on the official website of Lanmei Airlines;

Lanmei coins can be used to purchase products of Lanmei Mall, excess checked baggage and in-flight meals, etc.;

Lanmei coins can be used to redeem souvenirs of Lanmei Airlines;

Lanmei coins can not be withdrawn.

Validity of Lanmei coins: 36 consecutive natural months.

9. Rights and Interests of Members

Member Special Rights

Priority to the application of award tickets / seats upgrade;

Additional free checked baggage allowance: Gold member enjoys an additional 5kg free allowance of checked baggage; Platinum member enjoys an additional 10kg free allowance of checked baggage;

Enjoy a certain discount when purchasing Lanmei products;

Lanmei coins can be used for changes, upgrades and other services.

In-flight Seat Selection Service

Platinum members: In-flight seat selection is free of charge for international and domestic routes;

Gold members: In-flight seat selection is free of charge for domestic routes and enjoys certain discounts for international routes;

Silver members: In-flight seat selection enjoys certain discounts for international and domestic routes.

Give Silver Card to Relative or Friend

Platinum members can apply for one piece of silver card and give it to a relative or friend during the validity of platinum card.

Free for Refund Service

If platinum members apply for flight cancelling or flight changing 2 hours (included) before flight departure, refund or changes (no-show) fee is exempted.

If gold members apply for flight cancelling or flight changing 2 hours (included) before flight departure, refund or changes fee is exempted (and 50% of no-show fee shall be charged).

If silver members apply for flight cancelling or flight changing 2 hours (included) before flight departure, 50% of refund or changes (no-show) fee shall be charged.

10. Legal Provisions

Lanmei Airlines reserves the right to change any rules of Lanmei Club or to terminate this Lanmei Club at any time, even if the modification of rules or the termination of Lanmei Club affects the accumulation of Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors or redeem rewards; Lanmei Airlines is not obligated to notify in advance and assumes no responsibility.

If there is any change of e-mail or postal address, please modify it via personal center or e-mail to lanmeiclub@lanmeiairlines.com to notify “Lanmei Club”. Lanmei Airlines shall not be responsible for the loss, delay or expiration of any information caused by the wrong e-mail or postal address.

If members abuse Lanmei coins or qualifying sectors of “Lanmei Club”, including reselling Lanmei coins or qualifying sectors, submitting any untrue information (such as flight records) and any acts that violate of the terms or rules of “Lanmei Club”, according to distinctive circumstances, Lanmei Airlines reserves the rights to take the following measures : claim damages; terminate membership; cancel accumulative Lanmei coins and qualifying sectors; members must pay full fare for the used ticket of the economy class and other classes, along with related attorney fee, legal fee, etc.

If any member has fraudulent acts or violates any of the terms and rules of “Lanmei Club”, Lanmei Airlines reserves the rights to take legal actions to claim compensation, terminate its membership, right of use and benefit, and to prohibit the member from participating in “Lanmei Club”.

If the contents of this member’s manual conflict with current laws and regulations, the current laws and regulations shall prevail.

If some of the contents of this member’s manual are not updated in time due to version issues, the latest version launched on the official website of Lanmei Airlines shall prevail.
